What is your Return Policy?

We only accept returns for faulty/defective products. If this is the case, please send us an email at ‘info@grumpscollection.com’ and we will get this taken care of! Once we receive the picture or video and confirm the item is faulty/defective, we will either provide you a refund or send you a replacement based on the item. Please give 1-3 business days upon receiving for your refund to process. Credit amounts to your payment method may vary depending on your payment method.

The item I received is defective or doesn’t work. What do I do?
