How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?
All shipping is free! Items will be delivered within 21 days. Once your item ships, we will provide you with tracking and delivery estimate for your cool stuff!

My package is late – what should I do?
Unfortunately, shipping is impacted due to weather, volume, COVID-19, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package has not arrived since the latest estimated delivery date, please email us at 'info@grumpscollection.com’ and we will help you with a resolution.
What is your Return Policy?
We only accept returns for faulty/defective products. If this is the case, please send us an email at ‘info@grumpscollection.com’ and we will get this taken care of! Once we receive the picture or video and confirm the item is faulty/defective, we will either provide you a refund or send you a replacement based on the item. Please give 1-3 business days upon receiving for your refund to process. Credit amounts to your payment method may vary depending on your payment method. Please note that we do not accept refund or cancellation request for personal reasons including items not arriving on/before the exact date you want. Shipping is out of our control due to Covid. Our shipping takes a few days to 14 days and there are items that can arrive within 7 days but please ask us about shipping before you place an order.
The item I received is defective or doesn’t work. What do I do?
Please send us an email at info@grumpscollection.com and we will kick off the return process or replacement for you! Additional details can be found in the question above.

Do you offer price adjustments?
While we always strive to provide the coolest products and best prices to you, unfortunately no price adjustments or discounts codes can be provided to past orders.
